About Cayla

Hi, I'm Cayla – Nashville native, yoga-lover, frequent traveler, and holistic wellness coach. I help others create alignment and balance between mind, body and spirit so they can thrive in all areas of life. 

I have been a practicing coach for 5 years now and am certified with the NBHWC. I also have a background and degree in psychology. I've been practicing mindfulness and meditation for the last 3 years, and love incorporating this "bottom-up" approach to wellness that yields such powerful results. By getting out of our heads and into our bodies, we can uncover blockages that we've missed or have looked over. I always say that we already have all the answers, if we're willing to be present and go within. 

I work with clients on lifestyle changes, developing new habits and breaking old ones, self-discovery, spirituality, emotional well-being, stress-management and other general wellness goals or focuses. I also offer private breathwork/meditation sessions that are helpful to do alongside coaching sessions.
