Qigong

Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm

6-week series August 21 - October 2

In this 6-week class, participants will learn a well known qigong (chi-gong) set called The Eight Pieces of Brocade. Movements, incorporated with the breath will help to bring greater relaxation and overall health to the body. No experience necessary for this class. Ages 18 and up.

Tai Chi - Beginner

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm

8-week series August 7 - October 2

In this 8-week Introduction to tai chi you will learn stretching and warm up exercises, qigong breathing, the fundamental principles of tai chi and the first part of the Yang Style Long Form. Perfect for those just getting started or those who want to take the course again as a refresher. Ages 18 and up.

Tai Chi - Intermediate

Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm

8-week series August 7 - October 2

In this 8-week course is for those who completed Beginners 1 with Nashville Tai Chi and Wellness and are ready to deepen the first portion of the form and begin to learn additional postures. Ages 18 and up. We are combining our Beginners 2 students with Intermediate students at this location.
