In this 8-week Introduction to tai chi taught by Ryan Black of Nashville Tai Chi & Wellness, you will learn stretching and warm up exercises, qigong breathing, the fundamental principles of tai chi and the first part of the Yang Style Long Form. Perfect for those just getting started on those who want to take the course again as a refresher. Ages 18 and up.
